Our committee is committed to help the WTAS in growing its membership base, in the hope that we find like-minded individuals who firmly believe that there is an urgent need to have a united voice committed to addressing and protecting the rights of fellow waterproofing contractors and related industries.

As the various regulatory bodies push the construction industry towards greater self-regulation, the WTAS would be an avenue by which the government, regulatory bodies and other associations can have dialogue and gain feedback from our industry on any planned implementation of regulations, legislations and developments that would affect our industry.

In addition, the WTAS can be one of the ways to promote the prominence of our waterproofing trade and the importance of specialist expertise, quality consciousness and professionalism.

Internally as an association it can also be a means for us to share knowledge, exchange information, discuss technical issues and explore new technologies and partnerships.
